Welcome Welcome to the Mississippi Legislative Budget Office website. The Legislative Budget Office (LBO) assists the Joint Legislative Budget Committee (JLBC) in the development of the State budget recommendation, as well as provides computer and technical support in the State Capitol. Announcements • The FY2014 Automated Budget Request System (ABRS) program will be available for download from the LBO Budget Forms website in late May 2012. Agency budget personnel will receive an email from LBO with dates and further details.
