Online Budget Request System

The Online Budget Request System (OBRS) is the Mississippi Legislative Budget Office website for state agencies to build and submit their annual Budget Requests to the Legislative Budget Office.

FY 2027 Agency Budget Requests can be Added in our OBRS website on Monday, June 2, 2025.
 - Note: Each agency is responsible for Adding/starting its Budget Request(s) in OBRS.
