Online Budget Request System

The Online Budget Request System (OBRS) is the Mississippi Legislative Budget Office website for state agencies to build and submit their annual Budget Requests to the Legislative Budget Office.

FY 2028 will be available in our OBRS website on June 1, 2026.

FY 2028 State Agency Budget Requests must be entered and submitted in OBRS by Monday, August 3, 2026. LBO budget analysts must review and approve each budget request before any budget request forms can be "Final" printed (without the Draft watermark), copied and sent to LBO and Department of Finance and Administration (DFA).
